We work at the intersection of education and economic opportunity, creating programs that don’t just teach skills — they transform futures. Our team brings decades of combined experience in education, community organizing, and workforce development.
Our Founder
Aaron Parker
Aaron Parker holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology and a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management. He is currently pursuing an EdD in Special Education and Educational Technology, with a focus on adaptive learning systems and neurodivergent-centered instructional design.
He holds a Level 5 TEFL certification with endorsements in Business English and Teaching Young Learners through a UK-accredited awarding body.
Aaron is a U.S. Air Force veteran and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with experience in operational systems design, process optimization, and scalable program development. As a service-connected disabled veteran, he brings direct lived experience to workforce accessibility and adaptive learning initiatives.
His work centers on building structured, measurable educational systems that integrate operational rigor with inclusive instructional design.
